Roman Shabodalov

After graduating from Brunel University with  Bachelors in Media & Communications Roman started working in hospitality. Under his management, Hawksmoor Spitafields won TOTC best international restaurant bar 2019 and restaurant bar of the year at the Class Bar Awards 2019. He was previously part of the team at Swift that won UK bar of the year at Class Awards, Tales of the Cocktail and 33rd best bar in the world at The World’s 50 Best Bars.
